#The second phase of the Sarkar Apke Dwar campaign has commenced

*# Under the aforementioned campaign, people who were so far bereft from the benefits of the select welfare schemes are being covered on priority basis *

The second phase of the Aapki Yojana Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar Abhiyan commenced from November 1st 2022. This ambitious public outreach programme to ensure doorstep delivery of select welfare schemes is to conclude on Nov 14, 2022. The Hon’ble Chief Minister Shri Hemant Soren is to grace the event that is being orgnaised under the second phase of this campaign on 2nd November 2022 at Sahibganj. Where, the Hon’ble Chief Minister shall lay the foundation stone for 14 schemes as well as inaugurate 9 schemes worth rupees 10481 lakhs. There shall also be distribution of assets amongst the beneficiaries. It is to be noted that in the first phase of the campaign more than 21 lakhs applications were received across various camps out of which more than 15 lakh applications have been disposed. Rest of the applications are under process of execution. In this first phase of the campaign a glorious number of more than 12 lakh applications were received for the focused schemes out of which the execution of more than 8 lakh applications have already been ensured.

 

Set aim to deliver benefits of select welfare schemes to maximum number of beneficiaries in a seamless and steady manner

 

The ‘Aapki Adhikar-Aapki Sarkar Aapke Dwar" campaign was launched last year on the auspicious occasion of the birth anniversary of Bhagwan Birsa Munda and to mark the completion of two years of the government formation from 16 November 2021 to 28 December 2021 across the entire state. Banking on the success of last year of the campaign and with a set aim of making the process of linking people of the state to various welfare schemes hasslefree the “Aapki Yojana, Aapki Sarkar, Aapke Dwar” scheme has been relaunched. Under the ambit of which the government is not just reaching out to the maximum number of beneficiaries but is also making them aware of their rights. The said campaign is dedicated to those persons who were deprived from availing the benefits of the campaign last year.

 

Grievance redressal and distribution of assets are also key hallmarks of the said campaign

 

The focus of the entire campaign is to make people avail the benefits of the various public welfare schemes of the state like the Savitribai Phule Kishori Samridhi Yojana, Chief Minister Employment Generation Scheme, Mukhyamantri Pashudhan Vikas Yojana, Sarvajan Pension Yojana, Birsa Harit Gram Yojana, Poto Ho Khel Vikas Yojana, Phoolo-Jhano Ashirwad Abhiyan, Sona Sobran Dhoti-Sari Vitran, distribution of blankets, green ration card, and various scholarship schemes. To secure the success of the campaign and to ensure the benefits of the schemes are being rendered to maximum number of beneficiaries the Chief Minister shall himself inspect the camps organised across various districts of the state.

#योजनाओं से वंचित लोगों को मिल रहा उनका अधिकार

आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार अभियान का दूसरा चरण एक नवंबर से शुरू हो गया। अभियान 14 नवंबर को समाप्त होगा। मुख्यमंत्री हेमन्त सोरेन दूसरे चरण के अभियान के दौरान दो नवंबर को साहेबगंज में आयोजित कार्यक्रम में शामिल होकर लोगों को योजनाओं से आच्छादित करेंगे। साहेबगंज में मुख्यमंत्री कुल 10,481 लाख रुपये की 14 योजनाओं का शिलान्यास एवं नौ योजनाओं का उद्घाटन करेंगे। साथ ही लाभुकों के बीच परिसंपत्ति का वितरण भी होगा। मालूम हो कि पहले चरण के अभियान में 21 लाख से अधिक आवेदन विभिन्न शिविरों में प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से 15 लाख से अधिक आवेदन का निष्पादन कर दिया गया है। शेष आवेदन निष्पादन की प्रक्रिया में हैं। प्रथम चरण के अभियान में सरकार की प्राथमिकता की योजनाओं के लिए 12 लाख से अधिक आवेदन प्राप्त हुए, जिनमें से आठ लाख से अधिक आवेदनों का निष्पादन सुनिश्चित हुआ। 

लोगों को मिल रहा योजना का लाभ

विगत वर्ष सरकार ने भगवान बिरसा मुंडा की जयंती एवं सरकार के दो वर्ष पूर्ण होने के उपलक्ष्य में 16 नवंबर 2021 से 28 दिसंबर 2021 तक पूरे राज्य में "आपके अधिकार-आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार" कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया था। इसकी सफलता और लोगों को योजनाओं से जोड़ने का कारगर माध्यम बनाने के उद्देश्य से फिर से अभियान की पुनरावृत्ति आपकी योजना आपकी सरकार आपके द्वार के माध्यम से हुई है। जिसके तहत लोगों को योजनाओं का लाभ देने में सरकार सफल हो रही है और जरूरतमंद अपने अधिकार के प्रति जागरूक भी हो रहे हैं। यह अभियान उन व्यक्तियों को समर्पित है, जो पूर्व के अभियान में योजनाओं के लाभ से वंचित रह गए थे।

समस्याओं का समाधान और परिसंपत्ति का होगा वितरण

अभियान से सरकार की योजनाएं जैसे सावित्रीबाई फुले किशोरी समृद्धि योजना, मुख्यमंत्री रोजगार सृजन योजना, मुख्यमंत्री पशुधन विकास योजना, सर्वजन पेंशन योजना, बिरसा हरित ग्राम योजना, पोटो हो खेल विकास योजना, फूलो-झानो आशीर्वाद अभियान, सोना सोबरन धोती-साड़ी वितरण योजना, कंबल वितरण, हरा राशन कार्ड, छात्रवृत्ति योजना जैसी कई लोक कल्याणकारी योजनाओं से लोगों को लाभान्वित करना है। दूसरी ओर मुख्यमंत्री दूसरे चरण के अभियान में भी विभिन्न जिलों में आयोजित शिविर का निरीक्षण करेंगे, ताकि लोगों तक योजनाओं की पहुंच सुनिश्चित हो सके।
